1934 Ford Pick-em' up FOR SALE!
My buddy Nate has a nice little '34 Ford for sale! Take a look! Here's the detail...

It was originally built in 1976 in Chicago. It was in the 1976 Chicago World of Wheels. It has been in numerous magazines both past and present.
I sill have the fenders and original truck grill from the initial build which still sport the crazy ass blue panel paint job.
It is an original 1934 Ford truck frame, chopped cab and running boards. The bed is aluminum. The fenders are fiberglass.
It has a Chevy 350, camel hump heads, mild cam, triple Stromberg large logo 97's for induction to a T350 and finally a 10 bolt.
Big and little Denman Bias Ply's with powder coated steel wheels. I have the beauty caps but she currently has press on moon disks on all fours.
I am currently redoing the battery box and I have sectioned an adjustable seat out of a 63 Ford pickup to fit in the cab. It will need padding and upholstery but I have all the interior upholstery pieces. All grey.
Disk brakes up front. Drum in rear.
I have included one picture of the truck BEFORE the re build to show the paint on the fenders. The paint on the body and bed (although it looks good) was beyond cracking and un-savable as most panels paint jobs are. The fenders and front grill may be able to be saved.
The truck is currently wearing flat black during the transition.
My plan was to do the body and bed to match the blue on the fenders and leave everything else as is.
I also have an original MINT firewall to go with it.
Free and clear Nevada 1934 Ford title. Tagged, licensed and insured.
I am asking $25,000 because of the history and all of the parts that go with it. Nothing is shown because of my choice to go fender less with it during the mild restoration I was performing to the original build. I still have all of the hardware to remount everything.

40 Years of BMX - Long Beach Display
So Friday night we went to a little show over in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach. A show celebrating 40 Years of BMX! SWEEEET!! I grew up around this stuff, but most of what I got to see was in magazines like Freestylin' and BMX Plus! So seeing this display brought back a ton of memories and it was way cool to see a lot of the bikes and people that made this sport so big! They even had a display for the move "RAD" and were showing it in their little mini-movie theater. Good stuff!
I took way too many pictures to post here, and I'm straying pretty far from topic, so I'll keep it short. For those of you that would like to see the display before it packs up, it will be shown again on November 13th. More information can be found on their website here ---> 40 Years of BMX
Tons of great displays, a ton of super rare bikes, and you might even run into Bob Haro, Scot Breithaupt or maybe even have a chat with "Cru". HA!

Planishing Hammer Project - Phase 1
So being that I have small case of burn out, when it comes to working on my Model A, I decided to work on a few other things that have been on the back-burner.
I've had this HF planishing hammer sitting around for awhile and it needed a stand before I could use it. It's not the greates planishing hammer, but it was cheap, and it's a good start to playing around with small powered type hammers for metal shaping tools. Mostly I bought it for the dies and pneumatics. I'll probably end up replacing a lot of it, and I'll DEFINITELY be making a new chassis for it. The C-shaped chassis is aweful and reaks of low-quality (as do other components). I'll learn how to use it before making a new chassis, though. I want to know exactly what I need before I start bending tubes. So Phase 1 is just getting a stand made and getting it set up with what's included. Then Phase 2 will be the complete rebuild of how it's laid out.
