Okay, I got my video from Metal Shaping Zone, in the UK. David's video is fantastic! He uses some really great techniques and shows that you don't have to have thousands of dollars worth of tools to make really nice panels and do repair work.
The video covers some very traditional coach building techniques:
* Welding with O/A, as well as TIG, and MIG
* Different ways to shear and trim panels
* wire edging
* properly installing an aluminum panel to a steel framed structure
* tuck shrinking and other techniques for edge shrinking and stretching
* Constructing low-crown panels without the use of an English Wheel
* Complex filler panel construction using basic tools
* Patch panel installation and construction
* Leading/Lead loading
And many other topics! I really enjoyed the video. It's 2-1/2 hours and very intuitive. I recommend getting this video to add to your library of instructional videos. Check out his website and decide for yourself.
