Stumbled across this little hot rod built by Chris Runge, thanks to Bring a Trailer.  Amazing little piece of hand-made, air-cooled, Porsche replica madness!  Love it!

Not my car. There is a link to the gentleman that did the work at the top of the post. As for places in PHX, check out Industrial Chassis Inc. He does incredible work. Not sure of any others.
